Расширение возможностей для людей с потерей зрения

Организация сформировалась из инициативной группы родителей незрячих детей, организованной при центре социально-трудовой и психологической реабилитации инвалидов по зрению «Камерата». В качестве учредителей организации выступили 4 мамы незрячих детей и незрячий педагог.
